An evening of inspirational music
with the “not to missed” Kiltullagh Community Choir and very SPECIAL GUEST, Galway’s own Clare Quinn on Saturday 18th April 2015 at 8pm.
Clare Celine Quinn is a 15 year old girl from Renmore, Galway. She is a current All Ireland Schools Talent Winner, Galway City Credit Union CU Factor Winnere, Finalist in Socoist of Ireland, Winnere of “Street Angels” for classical and church music, and Clare has received a distinction in both singing and piano from the Royal Irish Academy of Music.
Kiltullagh Community Choir has been in existence for over seventy years and prides itself on a long tradition of innovation in music and song. This contemporary choir features 30 vocalists accompanied by keyboards, guitar and drums. This very unique group is constantly updating its repertoire and carefully chooses music to inspire and bring joy to audiences both in Ireland and abroad. Kiltullagh Community Choir has performed to audiences of over 10,000 people in Lourdes and was invited to perform in Rome in 2012. In partnership with local charities across Ireland the choir has sold out concerts in a number of venues raising almost 70,000 euro. Kiltullagh Community Choir’s repertoire is a diverse one and covers classics from Bill Withers, The Beatles, Cyndi Lauper and others as well as contemporary liturgical pieces from some of the world’s finest composers.)
